Can I receive a refund on my item?

  • We do not offer refunds on any of our items, so please review all items before submitting your order.

Can I exchange my item for another item?

  • We do not offer exchanges on any items .

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

  • If you receive a damaged item please contact Regal Elegance Boutique within 48 hours of receiving the damaged items. This item MUST be returned to Regal Elegance Boutique. Once your item has been received, you will receive a replacement item or a store credit for any items that are n longer available.

How long before I receive my items?

  • All items are shipped within 24 hours after processing.

What is the processing time for orders?

  • The processing time for all orders are 3-4 business days.

What if my item doesn’t arrive on-time?

  • We ship all items through USPS and once the items are dropped off and tracking is received Regal Elegance Boutique is no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
Can I order on-hand items with my PREORDER items? 
  • Yes! You can order any item available on our site with your PREORDER items. All items from the order will ship once the PREORDER items arrive. If you would like to receive the on-hand items sooner please complete a separate order.  If the order has already been placed, please contact us and we can help get your non-PREORDER items headed your way but additional shipping will need to be collected.
How long will it take for my PREORDER items to arrive? 
  • PREORDER items are usually received within 2 weeks, but due to COVID-19 we are seeing additional delays. Orders can take as long as three weeks to arrive. Please know that PREORDER items are shipped out the same day if they arrive before 12pm or the next day. If you would like to inquire about your PREORDER items we suggest contacting us for a status update. 

What happens if my PREORDER items don't arrive to Regal Elegance Boutique? 

  • In the unlikely event that we don't receive our order from Paparazzi, due to such problems as carrier damage, lost in transit, or Paparazzi inventory errors, we guarantee that we will refund 100% of the cost+tax of your PREORDER items. If no other items were ordered along with your PREORDER items, we will also refund your shipping. If other items were ordered along with your PREORDER items, we will ship those items to you.

Is there a limit on PREORDER items? 

  • Please order a small quantity of each individual PREORDER item to allow other customers the chance to purchase these pieces.

What if I want to cancel my PREORDER? 

  • If you created an order by mistake, please contact us immediately to correct your order. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled.
